A positive relationship with your mental and physical health is not always easy and for many, myself included it is a continuous struggle to find balance. From a very young age, I have struggled with anxiety and depression. I would not be where I am today without the help of strong mental health activists and supporters. I am a strong believer in vulnerability, when we open up the conversation together and support one another we can make a difference and save lives. I am extremely honoured to be apart of philanthropy like KOH this year and for many to come.
The sponsorship of our events is an important part of the work we do raising funds for our beneficiary organizations. Your sponsorship means that these organizations can continue to reach even more youth before and during events of mental health crisis. Their important work combatting drug & alcohol use, self harm & suicide, homophobia & transphobia, eating disorders, bullying, and depression, must continue. They need our generous support. To learn more about our sponsorship opportunities, please review our Event Sponsorship package:
Accomplishing our mission would not be possible without the generous support of our incredible donors who come out year after year to support these events. We would like to thank all of our sponsors big and small who have pledged much-needed funds that go directly to supporting youth programs combatting today's mental health crises.
