Featuring an inspirational life story from guest speaker

Riann Kempt

A positive relationship with your mental and physical health is not always easy and for many, myself included it is a continuous struggle to find balance. From a very young age, I have struggled with anxiety and depression. I would not be where I am today without the help of strong mental health activists and supporters. I am a strong believer in vulnerability, when we open up the conversation together and support one another we can make a difference and save lives. I am extremely honoured to be apart of philanthropy like KOH this year and for many to come.

Their important work combatting drug & alcohol use, self harm & suicide, homophobia & transphobia, eating disorders, bullying, and depression, must continue. They need our generous support.
