The Youth Services Bureau (YSB) provides a non-judgemental mental health service. It has a welcoming team of experienced mental health experts who provide a range of services to help teens and their families work through issues or difficulties that affect their lives and their emotional well-being.
The Youth Mental Health Walk-In Clinic offers single counselling sessions for youth (or their parents) whose needs are immediate. Often, one of the most difficult steps can be gathering enough courage to ask for help. Receiving help - as soon as possible - can make all the difference. The program offers youth (aged 12 - 20) and their families the opportunity to address issues affecting their family relationship. Parents and youth can meet with counsellors for either family or individual sessions, according to their needs.
Youth Services Bureau is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental and accessible environment where individuals 12 years and older can pursue their life goals and be encouraged in making informed decisions.
Youth Services Bureau is a multi-service agency that provides services in French and English in employment, health and housing, mental health, youth engagement and youth justice.
